Let's start off with yesterday. Didn't go to school. My toe was like swollen in the morn, itchy and pain and red like fuji apple. Went polyclinic, and right after i just registered at the counter, the fire alarm bell went off. How awesome right. And they had to evacuate the whole place. And when i went out, i saw this sign which stated 'Fire drill exercise 310310' or something like that. And then i felt so stupid, for not seeing that sign earlier. Anyways, i went to meet manman after that and then caught 'how to train a dragon'. I loved the show. I like toothless, the cat-like dragon! Get me one please, bi. LOL. Walked to pasir ris mrt with manman and then manman went to meet his friend first, and then went to another doctor, but they only open at 6. So i just had to wait, luckily char came to accompany me. (L) Thanks char! So when i went to the doctors', the doctor said 'i think it's a mosquito bite' omg, i was feeling so embarrassed at that time, cause before that i was like telling her how pain and itchy and red isit, and how i thought it might be swollen. But, i still don't think it's a mozzie bite. Anyways, i cabbed to suntec with char after that, cause we had to reach suntec by like 7, cause we were going for the awesome midweek service, which was really great. Powerful ttm! The taxi driver drove so slowly lor. Zzz. Then char asked him to drive faster cause we were in a rush, but he still didn't really go any faster. And when we were about to reach, we asked him to stop us, then we just walk, cause the jam was crazy, and he said no, cannot. -.- So end up, the fare was like what, close to 30? Then went for service, the theatre was nice. Reminds me of p6, when we had the gems graduation party. I loved the service. It was powerpacked. I didn't know midweek services were that good and that exciting. Haha. Cause there were many youths. K, then trained home with mummy after service. Thanks hun, for always being there for me to vent my anger on. It has been hard on you. I love you la.
And today, went to school. I got fooled by carmen this morning. Almost scared the hell out of me. And miss ng too, but her one not very scary. Haha. She said there was a maths test. And we were like huh? What the heck. Then she said happy april fools' day. And nobody really laughed. Lol. Then she say our class no sense of humour. Where got lor. Lol. It was a long day, like seriously. Lessons till 2.30, then lit from 3-5 then choir from 5-7. Cause had combined practice with band, co, and malay dance. To prepare us for the upcoming performance at esplanade. And i only had recess, so after everything, i was all tired and hungry. Then went for dinner at macs with ariel. I was so hungry that i finished up everything really quickly. I ate mcwings, and i practically wrapped every single mcwing with the serviette and then squeezed it like crazy, for what? To get rid of the oil. Lol. There's so much oil, i think can fill like maybe 1/8 of an oil bottle or something. Then bus-ed home with ariel. We talked so much that we couldn't stop. Haha. Lit today was pretty fun too, cause we analysed a music video. Here it is. 



Take a bow - Rihanna
Let's share abit on what we analysed in class today. We discussed how the producer chose to represent Rihanna. We all agreed that he/she portrayed her as a defiant/strong/fiercely independent woman, in this video. These can be seen from the tattoo they focused on, which shows an assertion of identity and portrays her as tough looking. Also, her change of make-up, which made her look more bold. The sunglasses she wore to hide herself away/distract herself because as said by ariel, 'your eyes reveal your true identity' or something. Haha. And all these, they are signs of moving on after a break up. Here's a fair bit, we discussed much more though. Lit class \m/ haha.

And ms tan realised that we can actually write alot more on rihanna than on our lit novel. Which is so true. Supposed to sign up for church camp, but idk why i didn't receive the email. So gotta wait for it now. Hw's piling up, i better start completing it before it piles up even more.
